Our veterinary services are subject to availability and require advance booking. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice; failure to do so may incur a fee. All services are provided at the discretion of our licensed veterinarians, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking appointments or contacting us. You are responsible for the health, safety, and behavior of your pet during visits. Jakarta Pet House Clinic is not liable for injuries or losses arising from pet behavior or owner negligence.
